This project by the Umwelt Arena Schweiz Foundation in collaboration with René Schmid Architekten AG was awarded the Watt D’Or 2021 in the Buildings and Spaces category by the Federal Office of Energy for the ecological and economic impact of the project. The future-oriented apartment buildings combine a variety of innovative solutions to achieve a CO2-neutral operating goal.
