This office building is designed to meet high energy efficiency standards for WWZ Zug, a Swiss provider of energy, telecommunications and water. The new WWZ Zug building is an office building with an integrated data center. The building comprises 3 upper floors for office use and 3 basement floors.

Solar Living Kloten Kloten, Suisse

This project by René Schmid Architekten AG was built in the center of Kloten, Switzerland. It includes 22 modern apartments and underground parking that are geared towards a futuristic lifestyle. “Solar Living” is the guiding principle of this residential complex and represents a progressive and conscious way of living in harmony with nature.

Centre multi-fonctionnel de Pregassona Lugano, Suisse

The “zero energy impact” multifunctional building boasts the largest BIPV (Building Integrated Photovoltaic) facade in Ticino and houses: - a 114-bed nursing home for the elderly; - a day center for patients with senile dementia; - the new headquarters of the Municipal Social Assistance Service (SAS); - a kindergarten.

Wohnüberbauung Männedorf Männedorf, Suisse

This project by the Umwelt Arena Schweiz Foundation in collaboration with René Schmid Architekten AG was awarded the Watt D’Or 2021 in the Buildings and Spaces category by the Federal Office of Energy for the ecological and economic impact of the project. The future-oriented apartment buildings combine a variety of innovative solutions to achieve a CO2-neutral operating goal.

Green Pea

The architectural design team for Green Pea Shopping Centre used AirLite as the paint of choice. Airlite can effectively decompose the harmful substances generated during the decoration, and help the Green Pea Shopping Center to be put into use as soon as possible to provide a healthy and comfortable environment for employees and customers.
